Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Within the United States, we offer free 2 and 3 day priority shipping with the USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for shipping.
We are now shipping around the world. We will contact you once your order has been placed and is ready to ship with any additional shipping information. Please direct all shipping questions to email@example.com
We offer UPS shipping to Canada. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Canadian taxes and import duties will be charged on orders shipped to Canada and will be included in your order total.
For our international customers outside of the United States, please be aware that our shipping fees do not include international taxes & duties levied by your country’s customs which may be payable by you upon delivery. Payment may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. If the package is forfeited at customs due to non-payment of taxes and tariffs , the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the United States. When placing your order, please review your shipping information carefully. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders that result if an incorrect or partial address is provided.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on any unworn shoes within 7 business days of delivery. After 7 business days all sales are final. All returns must include all original receipts, tags, shoe bags and packaging. To exchange for a new model or new size, please send us an email with you current purchase information, and what size or style you would like to exchange for. Send all emails to email@example.com with this information and we will get back to you as soon as possible and authorize the exchange.

All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer. We suggest using a reputable courier to return your items as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred when shipping returns.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned shoe that does not meet our return policies or if it appears that they have been worn, used or damaged by the customer.
