SHIPPING IN AND TO THE UNITED STATES

We keep a sizeable stock in California and offer 2 to 3 day Priority Shipping with the USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for shipping.

If the style or size you are interested in purchasing is not stocked in California, we offer UPS shipping from Spain for these orders. Shipping times might be slightly delayed due to customs, weather and other transit delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are now shipping around the world. We will contact you once your order has been placed and is ready to ship with any additional shipping information. Please direct all shipping questions to hola@esparta.casa

For our international customers, please be aware that our shipping fees do not include international taxes & duties levied by your country’s customs which may be payable by you upon delivery. Payment may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. If the package is forfeited at customs due to non-payment of taxes and tariffs , the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on any unworn shoes within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days all sales are final. All returns must include all original receipts, tags, shoe bags and packaging. To exchange for a new model or new size, please send us an email with you current purchase information, and what size or style you would like to exchange for. Send all emails to hola@esparta.casa with this information and we will get back to you as soon as possible and authorize the exchange. Due to the nature of our small artisan business, returns on orders over $500 are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
