SHAKE AND MOVE

While our outside mobility is limited at the time, it is essential to keep moving. I love hula hooping in my big window (certainly embarrassing myself in front of all my neighbors!) and I feel the carathic, energy giving benefits throughout my day. Get up, dance it out, shake it out, anything that you consider movement counts.
