MUSIC TO LAY IN BED TO
I learned the hard way last week that I need to take time to do NOTHING. I took on too much the week before and felt really down for the days following, probably a result of being physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted. A friend in Los Angeles pointed out it was completely fine to curl up and do nothing, it was even healing and necessary in order to survive these strange times. I’ve begun to put nothing time into my days and made a playlist to lay around to.
